Why do we take photos?

I am not going to give any answers.

I just want to pose the questions.

Why do we take photos of the world?

What is the hidden power that forces our finger to the shutter release button?

What makes us long for the snap second and the click? The moment that what we see, is forever captured?

What is the reason for thinking the world, of thinking how it would look like in a photo?

What sort of inhibition?

What sort of pervert concealed voyerism?

Why photography and not painting? Or could it be both?

Why dont I stop asking questions and try to make any good photo?
